Private Health Insurance

We accept private health insurance. You may be able to claim back some of the fees from your insurance provider.

•  Payment is required at the time of the consultation.

Cancellations and No Shows:

•  100% fee charge of scheduled appointment for any missed appointments (no notice).
•  $40 fee charged of scheduled appointment for same day cancellations or if less than 24 hours notice.
•  *Payment must be addressed prior to rebooking.

Private Clinic Consultation

Physiotherapy

If you arrive late, you may not receive the full benefit of your appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we consider it a missed appointment and charge you accordingly.

To change or cancel an appointment, at least 24 hours' notice is required; otherwise, fees may apply. For more information, please see our Cancellation Policy.

  • Initial Appointment (45 min)

    For New Clients, Detailed assessment of condition, Treatment planning, exercise program

  • Standard Appointment (30 min)

    For existing Clients, review and hands on therapy

  • Extended Appointment (45 min)

    For existing clients, new or multiple conditions. Assessment, treatment, exercise/goal planning.

Occupational Therapy (In Clinic)

  • Initial Appointment (45 minutes)

    Evaluation of clients abilities and assessment, Developing a treatment program and goals to improve skills.

  • Follow Up Appointment (30 minutes)

    For existing clients, new or multiple conditions. Assessment, treatment, exercise/goal planning.

Medicare

We accept Medicare clients

•  All clients must present with a referral from their treating doctor called a GP Management Plan and Team Care Arrangement (TCA Form).

Please Note: While not all our practitioner’s routinely bulk bill. As a result, please be prepared to pay an out-of-pocket fee for clinic consultations.

Fees:
•  $60 fee charged once- off at the commencement of each medicare plan will be applied for all new and existing Medicare patients.

•  This fee may be waived for clients of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent, or clients under 16.

NDIS Fees:

We offer NDIS appointments in clinic, at school or home visits and apply the standard NDIS rates.

Self-Managed Clients:

If you are self-managed, you will need to pay for in-clinic services upfront. A receipt will be issued for your records.

•  Home/community visits are required to be paid within 7 business days from day of invoice receipt.

Plan-managed Clients:

•  NDIS clients must provide details of their plan manager, plan number, and any other relevent information.

Please Note:

• Travel will be charged for home visits according to provider arrangements under standardised rates.

• Non clinical contact hours such as reports, notes and phone calls and correspondences involved in a participant’s care are also charged under the standard NDIS rates.

We Accept TAC Clients

In most cases, No Gap Fee will be applied for Plans with current approval.

TAC Terms and Conditions

In some cases, TAC does not cover the entire consultation fee, you will be charged a gap fee in accordance with the clinic's full private fees. This fee must be paid at the time of service before any follow-up appointments can be scheduled.

• TAC clients must provide an approved claim number letter.

• Gap fees must be paid privately and are not reimbursable through private health insurance, Medicare, or any other third party.

• Consent is given for the clinic to provide treatment details to the TAC as needed.

• If a patient's account has outstanding charges, no medical reports will be completed. Any required reports will be completed and sent to the appropriate parties once full payment is received.

• If the insurer or TAC disputes or refuses to pay for services rendered, the patient is responsible for paying any outstanding charges in full within 7 days of request. The patient will be given proof of treatment and a copy of the receipt to use as evidence in a reimbursement claim.

Late Cancellation Policy / Did Not Attend Fee:

We understand that sometimes clients need to cancel an appointment. Please notify us as soon as possible and a give a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Missed appointments or appointments not cancelled in an appropriate amount of time are a lost opportunity for us to help another client. We please ask that you make every effort to keep your scheduled appointment.

A fee applies to all missed or cancelled appointments without at least one business day’s notice in advance (Two days notice is required for NDIS/Aged Care appointments).

 

•  If More Than 24 Hours Notice

For all clients who give more than 24 hours notice that you cannot make your appointment, you may either cancel or rescheduled to a suitable time.

 

•  If Less Than 24 Hours Notice or Same Day Cancellation

For all clients who give less than 24 hours notice that you will not be able to make an appointment, $40 appointment fee may be applied.

 

•  Missed Appointments

For all clients who miss an appointment with no prior communication, 50% of the scheduled appointment fee may be applied and payment required before rebooking..

Missed Appointment but Rescheduled on Same Day

If your appointment can be rescheduled on the SAME DAY, no fee will be charged.

*Exceptions: We may waiver the fee in extenuating circumstances.

NDIS and Aged Care Missed Appointments

All NDIS and Aged Care are required to provide 2 days notice of cancellation or will be charged full for the scheduled appointment.
